Roaming charges between Moldova and Croatia could be cancelled

Roaming charges between the Republic of Moldova and Croatia could be cancelled. A price liberalization agreement could be signed between the two states.

This was announced by Foreign Minister Nicu Popescu during a press conference, which was also attended by his Croatian counterpart Gordan Grlić Radman.

“For us, as a country, it is very important that the citizens who come and the visitors of the state do not pay these exorbitant roaming prices, which are often applied,” said Nicu Popescu.

Roaming charges may also be cancelled across the Prut. Earlier, the Minister of Infrastructure Andrei Spinu announced that the cancellation of roaming with Romania could be possible as early as next year.
